We THINK what we see

We THINK what we hear

We THINK what we breathe
We THINK what we think
We THINK everything. We think we cannot get by life without the dependency on thinking. This could not be any further from the truth. Why should I THINK who I am when I already am? Why should I THINK reality when it is already here? Since we believe who we are is our thinking mind the following happens:
We are referring to the thinking mind to tell us who you are, we are referring to the mind to tell us what to think. The thinking mind is POWERFUL and PERFECT and designed PERFECTLY. But we are giving it the responsibility to function much more than what it is supposed to do. It is just deigned to think! Now we are forcing it to tell us who we are when it does not have a conscience, since it is ONLY designed to think. It will be forced to scramble for plausible answers according to what it knows (limited information and knowledge, ignorance), this also shows you how powerful the thinking mind is.
When we are giving it a task that it was not designed to do, the nervous system gets affected instantly (for those who have some information on the chakras, the chakras are part of the nervous system). So we are forcing the thinking mind to behave like a muscle, when it is not a muscle.
Moreso, we are giving it responsibilities to control parts of our body. We LACK true spatial awareness. Including where we are on a street, a place, city, country, planet, etc. We have to THINK to be able to be aware where we are, since we forget because we are always thinking (dependent, inside the darkness of the mind). If we use our bodies for example dancing, at the gym it can be swimming, yoga, t'ai chi, whatever. You have to think to use body parts. You may focus on one part of the body and forget about another. You probably have noticed this and notice again next time you exercise.

There is more that the mind is trying to control because we think too much: For example who is doing the breathing within you? Is it your thinking mind or your respiratory system? Your breathing breathes on its own which is how it is designed to function it does not need the thinking mind to control the act of breathing. The same with sight and sound. Who is doing your seeing? Who is doing your hearing? Light comes to us, sound comes to us. Eyes and ears are perfect and function on its own, with light and sound coming inwards, without the need of the thinking mind to control the act. We are giving the thinking mind the responsibility to THINK what we see and THINK what we hear.
So we use so much effort on the body in the parts that does not require any effort, as if the thinking mind and, accordingly, our 5 senses are like muscles. The only thing we do to our body is give it nourishment, exercise, and sleep. The body does everything else PERFECTLY (perfect design) on its own and does not require the thinking mind to control it. Since we allow the thinking mind to control these parts, then these parts are forced to not function normally and therefore causing damage to the body.
Observe this within you by taking one example such as breathing and observe what it will do once you LET GO of trying to control the act of breathing. Now do the same with eyes and ears.
All of these will probably not make ‘sense’ to you until you understand it for what it is. It will be an a-ha! moment.
