Life, the Universe, and Everything Else: Know your reality.

Life, the Universe, and Everything Else: Know your reality.
We are the most fascinating thing in the universe. It is us. The human being is designed perfectly.

This blog is not meant for those with an untrained eye and not for the insincere. It is also not self-righteous. It focuses on the actual practice, pushing aside conspiracies and history information that don't do anything for real progression and only serve as a distraction for those who are seeking real Truth: which is in the practice and can be attained now, we are not here to waste time. We are separating our Self and reality into parts which is like trying to play each instrument in an orchestra which does nothing but cause chaos. Your very mind is the gateway to real progression: as in you are not your thinking mind, which is governing ALL ASPECTS of your life. You must figure out what you truly are, your real nature -- not the illusory nature -- using sincere contemplation and the process of elimination, WHO you are NOT. Surprise, you do not need meditation which is exactly like riding on a donkey. There is no time for meditation. Get on the jet plane and the method is the Mirror, it is time to see the Self as a Whole unit and not divided into individual and separated parts. Use direct experience as a vehicle for your quest to understand and figure out Absolute Reality. Cymatic Music

This reaffirms myself as a believer. Not a believer in the shallow sense but a believer in the intelligent sense -- striking the ego once again. This shakes the very ground of the illusion we tend to drift back into. Reality...this immense force...that we serve a purpose...that we are not just a random existence...that we are inside an immaculate mystery. Such simplicity contains something so... Powerful. Such poetic beauty enough to draw tears. Absolutely mind-blowing indeed. Enjoy.

Heaven in Thought

Osho, through the writings of Atisha, explains how to deal with anger:
"There are 3 difficulties in becoming aware. These are very essential for each seeker to understand. In fact everybody becomes aware, but only when the act is finished.
1. One is becoming aware while the act is happening ... Anger is there like a smoke inside you. Becoming aware in the very thick of it, that is the first difficulty, but it is not impossible. ... In the beginning, you will see, you become aware when the anger has gone and everything has cooled. ... Try -- you will become aware after 5 minutes. Try a little more -- you will become aware immediately after one minute. Try a little more, and you will become aware when the anger is evaporating. Try a little more, and you will become aware exactly in the middle of it.
...
2. The second step ... is remembering before the act: when the act has not happened yet but is still a thought in you; it has not been actualized but it has become a thought in your mind. It is there, potentially there like a seed; it can become the act at any moment.
...
3. And the third difficulty is to catch hold of this process ... before it becomes a thought. That is the most difficult ... Before anything becomes a thought, it is a feeling. These are the three things: feeling comes first, then comes thought, then comes the act. You may not be aware at all that each thought is produced by a certain feeling. If the feeling is not there, the thought will not come. Feelings become actualized in thought, thought becomes actualized in the act."

Heaven in People

From Wikipedia

When [artists] Abramović and Ulay began their [artistic] collaboration, the main concepts they explored were the ego and artistic identity. This was the beginning of a decade of influential collaborative work. Each performer was interested in the traditions of their cultural heritages and the individual’s desire for ritual. Consequently, they decided to form a collective being called “the other”, and spoke of themselves as parts of a “two-headed body”. They dressed and behaved like twins, and created a relationship of complete trust. As they defined this phantom identity, their individual identities became less accessible. In an analysis of phantom artistic identities, Charles Green has noted that this allowed a deeper understanding of the artist as performer, for it revealed a way of “having the artistic self made available for self-scrutiny.”
.....
In discussing this phase of her performance history, Abramović has said: “The main problem in this relationship was what to do with the two artists’ egos. I had to find out how to put my ego down, as did he, to create something like a hermaphroditic state of being that we called the death self.”

Marina Abramovic and Ulay started an intense love story in the 70s, performing art out of the van they lived in. When they felt the relationship had runs its course, they decided to walk the Great Wall of China, each from one end, meeting for one last big hug in the middle and never seeing each other again.
At her 2010 MoMa retrospective Marina performed 'The Artist Is Present' as part of the show, where she shared a minute of silence with each stranger who sat in front of her. Ulay arrived without her knowing and this is what happened.

Heaven in Thought

"Surrender is out of love, dependency is out of fear ... Surrender has no desire in it. It is sheer joy, it is trust, it is unmotivated ... Surrender is the highest form of love, the purest form of love. You will not feel dependent, because there will be no clinging in it. You will not feel dependent, because it is not out of loneliness that you have surrendered. If you have surrendered out of loneliness then it is not surrender at all, then it is something else ... You simply find yourself melting into somebody, into something. You may find yourself melting into a sunset, and it is surrender. You may find yourself melting into the starry night, and it is surrender. You may find yourself melting into a woman or a man, and it is surrender. You may find yourself melting into music, and it is surrender. Surrender has many dimensions, but the taste is the same: you simply find yourself melting. You simply find yourself no more; a kind of egolessness is felt."

"The answer to fear is love. Because fear is absence of the energy of the Universe."
