The Five Tibetan Rites
A supposed 2,500 year 'Fountain of Youth' exercise that originated from a particular lamastery in Tibet in which the lamas were noted for their inexplicable youthfulness and vitality. There are 7 specific vortexes in your body, 2 in your brain, 1 at the base of your throat, 1 next to your liver, 1 in your reproductive area, and 1 in each knee. These vortexes spin and as you age it weakens. The Five Tibetan Rites supposedly ignites these vortexes, keeping them spinning. You will become energetic, flexible, stronger, and calmer. Put aside 10 minutes everyday to do these. In the beginning, the rites are hard to do but eventually you will master them. Take care to perform these rites precisely.
