We Are an Empty Vessel
If I think that something needs to be posted every now and then I may do so. But for now I would like to claim the following:

There will be a journey to recondition the way the body works because we have always thought that our mind and emotions are us and therefore we are completely controlled by the state of the mind and emotions, they dictate who we are. Which is not the case and this is why people are deluded. So I will attempt to explain it:
We are a balanced portal of giving and receiving unconditional love, it is a state of pure bliss and our mind body and spirit is the empty vessel. To achieve this state we must let go of who we 'think' we are, which is the part of us that is trying to control our story or dictate who we are as personalities at all times. The chakras must be cleared by letting go for example of rejection of others because of fear they will hurt us or life will hurt us (which is my case, yours may be different, we all have different cases) -- let go of all beliefs that are blocking your chakras, keep letting go. When all chakras are cleared it is easier to settle in the cleared empty vessel state. When we take charge of our destiny the human center naturally goes down into the solar plexus, no more the center is experienced in the head. You will experience immediate peace.
You then can become a balanced portal of giving and receiving love unconditionally and the "I" will cease to exist. This is the state of pure bliss.

In this state, I can 'see' how we can transform our soul, and I think this leads to the mysterious 'alchemy'. So we have the power. We always have. But the state of duality kills and we are controlled like puppets when we believe we are who we 'think' we are. Develop strength and take charge.
